Cracked heels???

Castor Oil

Castor oil has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties owing to the fact that it is rich in vitamins and nutrients. Simply apply some castor oil on your cracked heels, wear socks over your feet and let it seep in and heal those cracks overnight.

Shea Butter

If cracked heels are giving you nightmares, then Shea Butter can really help diffuse the situation. All you have to do is rub some Shea Butter generously on your cracked heels before you sleep, put socks over your feet and leave it on overnight. Owing to the high moisturizing property of Shea Butter, you’ll wake up with softer, less painful heels.

Olive Oil

Besides being one of the most prized possessions gastronomically, olive oil also proves to be invaluable when it comes to softening cracked heels. Massage the heels of your feet with extra virgin olive oil and give it one hour to properly seep into the cracks. After an hour or so, wash your feet thoroughly with lukewarm water. Repeat this process daily and you will see results soon enough!

Neem

Neem is known to be the destroyer of all things that threaten good health. And this holds true for cracked heels too. Owing to its high fungicidal properties, Neem fights infection and really soothes dry, irritated skin. To make those cracks on your heels disappear, first crush a handful of Neem leaves into a fine paste. To this paste, add some turmeric powder and mix them well together. Now apply the paste on the cracks and leave it on for about 30 minutes. That done, wash your feet with warm water and dry them with a clean cloth. Use it daily and you are bound to see a difference in no time.

Egg & Lemon Mask

This mask works wonders; both egg and lemon are great for skin but together they are a formidable combo. Mix one egg yolk with one tablespoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of rice flour. Apply this mask on your feet, leave it on for about 20 minutes and then wash it off. Do this regularly and your cracked heels will be history.
